Our Freedom Friday HR Question was submitted by Ms. Geneva from New Jersey. Her is This company has hired a new HR Manager. The Manager is doing a great job of taking ownership of the position and We are Excited to have Her Aboard! My question is in regard to Change! The Manager is making some significant changes in the Company! She has been in the position for a little over 5 months. We are starting to see a little pull-back, if you will from employees in terms of some of the changes that have already been implemented and we know there are more on the horizon! What advice can you give with regard to implementing change in an Organization as smoothly as possible without stepping on the toes of the new HR Manager and employees?
